All rates are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of VAT

En-suite Double/Twin Room

Bed and breakfast 6 plus nights  £40.00 per person per night

 

  

En-suite Four Poster Room (Double)

Single occupancy 

£65.00 per night
   

Please note that all of our rooms are non-smoking.

Breakfast consists of a buffet style cereal selection, followed by a choice of traditional breakfast or kippers.
We can only cater for special dietary requirements when advised at time of booking.

Newton Lodge Policies

Smoking

This is a non smoking B&B in all rooms, including the bedrooms

Cancellation:

Credit or debit card details are taken when you confirm your booking.
If you have to cancel your booking within one week of your arrival you will be charged for one night at bed and breakfast rates.

If you fail to turn up without notifying us then you will be charged in full for the first night and the remainder of your booking will be cancelled. 

Pets

Unfortunately we do not accept pets, however they may stay in you car so long as they do not disturb other guests.

Check In Times

Check in times commence after 3pm each afternoon. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  Other times may be possible by prior arrangement.
