Role Summary

The lodge is a wee romantic haven in the highlands, with only 7 bedrooms the focus is on guest care through and through. The team is neat and a general assistant role here is expected to do a bit of everything, it’s an all-in attitude.  Responsible for general tasks around Newton Lodge which includes working in the restaurant, gardens, housekeeping, bar, and kitchen supporting the chef. This general role is about maintaining the set high standards of guest care, food and drink and service standards. You will perform all shifts patterns at which times you will have responsibility for the lodge and its environs.

This role is the perfect starting point for those who want to kick-start their career in hospitality therefore, experience is not essential.  We provide training and support throughout your career journey, all we ask is you have the passion to become a hospitality professional and the desire to deliver great service!
